Communal Property Management

After you have purchased your house, we can make your relocation to Cyprus as smooth as possible. I.K.G DEVELOPERS can offer full responsibility of the every day maintenance of all the communal areas of your property.
That includes cleaning and maintenance of common indoor areas, such as entrance foyers, lifts, corridors and stairs. Payment and transfer of utilities

I.K.G can arrange to have your electricity, water and telephone bills settled until these services are transferred to your name. These expenses will be paid on your behalf, and will be charged to your account to ensure the uninterrupted provision of utilities. In addition, our customer care team will be very happy to escort you to the relevant utility providers during your visit to ensure the proper transfer of these utilities to your name. Please make sure you have your passport and a copy of your sales contract with you.

Cleaning Service

Our team of Cleaners can either clean your home on a regular basis, weekly / every fortnight / monthly or prior to your arrival and /or just after your departure. Our Cleaning service also includes any laundry and or ironing that you may require, in the event that you have guests. All of the above services are offered so as to make our clients lives easier.
